Security Requirements:

It is Simplified Performance's goal to reduce and manage the risk of Cybersecurity Incidents and other events that may harm the Company. Technology vulnerabilities, weaknesses in technology implementation, and procedural gaps can both increase Simplified Performance's exposure to and reduce the Company's resilience to Cybersecurity Incidents. Simplified Performance has instituted a policy intended to minimize Simplified Performance's exposure to and harm from Cybersecurity Incidents. It is the Company's policy that all Personnel adhere to this Policy when acting on behalf of Simplified Performance & Racing Systems and when using any of Simplified Performance's Computing Assets.

This policy states Simplified Performance's minimum requirements for protecting the Company's data and Computing Assets. It describes specific requirements that must be met and defines Company-wide rules that must be followed to reduce cybersecurity risk.

NOTE: This policy may be supplemented, but not superseded, by more rigorous policies, standards, and practices to ensure security related to specific data, situations, and Computing Assets.

Violation of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment, termination of contract, or otherwise dismissal of service. Additionally, individuals may be subject to civil action or criminal prosecution as such measures are warranted.

This policy applies to all individuals (hereafter "Personnel"), including employees and contractors, who use, develop, or maintain Simplified Performance's Computing Assets. These assets include all workstations, servers, networks, mobile devices, and computing appliances owned by, operated by, or provisioned on behalf of Simplified Performance & Racing Systems.
